We are always looking for great talent. We welcome referrals from our network, and look forward to connecting with them! If you send us someone hired, you could earn up to $500 in our Referral Program.

 

Process:

2. Do you know a 'rock star' technology professional who would be a great fit for one (or multiple) of our open positions?

3. If so, then email or call us and fill out the following form.

From There:

After the candidate is hired and completes his or her introductory period of 90 days, Linck Search Associates will pay $500 referral fee to the referring person.

Hiring Process:

Here's what you can expect.

- Your resume will be reviewed by one of our experienced technical recruiters.

- You will be considerered for both active and upcoming client projects.

- If your experience does not meet our client projects your resume will be classified according to your experience and stored for future opportunities.

- If your experience matches a client requirement, we will contact you to discuss that position in great detail.

- We will build a candidate profile for you in our database which includes your experience, career goals, salary expectations, current job status, and more.

- We will also contact you to discuss the position in futher detail to confirm your interest and experience.

- After our discussion, we will present you to the potential employer.

- We will then work with you and the potential employer to coordinate the best time for you to meet in person.

- Following your interview, we will discuss the outcome with you and coordinate the next steps.

-Once a decision has been reached, we will work closely with you on what is often the most stressful part of the process. In working with the potential employer, we will have a good understanding of their salary flexibility and other benefits. Knowing this information, we're able to work with you to determine a  fair offer. We'll work through the negotiations between you and the potential employer and finalize the compensation and other related items.

- Our job isn't done when you start the position. We will continue to check in to ensure you are happy with the role you are fulfilling.
